PRODUCTS AND ORDERS

How do I place an order?

Once you have logged in, scroll down the catalogue of products and click on the product category you require. Customise your product modifying the product’s features such as measures, finish, quantity and date of delivery. You can check the quotation on the right side of the window. To continue your shopping click on Add to Basket . To complete your order click on Proceed to Purchase

How do I get a quote?

After you have chosen the product category, as you modify the product’s features, the quotation is updated in real time. If you want a personalised quote for a product out of catalogue, e-mail us to info@youpackaging.com and our team will replay to your request within the next working day.

How can I get samples?

At the bottom of the Home page, under the catalogue, you can find the products samples link. Click on Buy now and write on Notes your custom sizes and packaging category you want to try; you will receive our sample pack with 12 different packaging in various sizes and coatings, as well as your custom packaging in blank.

Can I order products that are not shown in the catalogue?

If you don’t find the product or the measures you require in our catalogue, don’t worry! Contact us at info@youpackaging.com, tell us about the shape, size and finish you prefer and we will come back to you with a cost-effective offer.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

The minimum order quantity is 100 pieces.

How do I choose the ideal measures for my packaging?

The measures you find in our website are taken from the external part of the box, thus, the space inside the box becomes about 1 mm smaller. It will depend on the type of box and the paperboard thickness. In order to choose the appropriated sizes for your packaging, we advise to measure the width, depth and height of the product you want to put inside the box, and add at least 1mm for each side, so the product fits better in the box. If you want to be sure about those dimensions, you can order a sample pack and ask for a blank packaging with your custom measures.

What is the status of my order?

In the Personal Account area, there is a summary page where you can check out all your orders. Click on the order you want to verify to see the status of it.

Can I order more than one product in a single delivery?

Of course! You can add to the basket all the products you need and they will be delivered in the same date.

Can I order a no print packaging?

Of course! Once you have chosen the product category, you can also choose to print or not your packaging.

Who do I contact to submit a complaint?

If you are not satisfied with the printing job or there is any defect on the product you received, please get in contact with us within 8 days from the material delivery; you can call us at + 44 2033183528 or mail us info@youpackaging.com

ARTWORK AND TEMPLATES

I need support for creating my artwork

If you don’t have an artwork for you printing job and need help to create it, we can help you! Call us at + 44 2033183528 or write an e-mail to info@youpackaging.com telling all the details about the artwork you need and our graphic designers will give you an estimate.

How do I do to upload my artwork?

Open the pdf file with any graphic editor and work on a new layer. Place your graphic design, remove the cut and fold lines, and keep the bleed lines. Save the document in pdf format of high resolution without password. Click on the Upload link to send us your pdf document. If you need further information about this subject, you can find and download the instructions sheet in the quotation page.

How do I get the template?

On the quotation page or product tab, after having modified the box features, you can find your custom template on the left side at the bottom. If the template with your custom measures is not available, we will send it to your e-mail right after you have placed the order.

Will my artwork be checked before being sent for printing?

Before sending the custom template for printing, it gets a brief check-up by our graphic designers to control the artwork is printable and aligned. If you prefer a deeper check-up about colour, quality and readability of the graphic design, you can request our services for a professional artwork check-up at info@youpackaging.com

I forgot my password

Go to your Personal Account and click on I forgot my password. You will receive a link to change your password.

How do I get registered on the website?

Click on Personal Account and then on Create a new account, fill out all the compulsory queries and click on Create account. You will receive a welcome e-mail with your login credentials.

Should I be registered in the website to place an order?

Yes, in order to enjoy the offers and quotations generated in the website, you should log in.

Why to subscribe to the Newsletter?

If you subscribe to our Newsletter, you will be regularly updated on product launches, limited-time offers, discounts and promotions.

INVOICING AND PAYMENTS

What forms of payment are accepted?

We accept the following payment methods:

Where can I find the invoice for my order?

Soon after you have completed the order placement, we will e-mail you the invoice of your order.

SHIPMENT AND DELIVERY

What is your shipping time?

Shipping time is shown in the quotation page. You can choose the fastest delivery, 4-business days turnaround, or you can receive a discount on your order choosing an 8 to 12 days turnaround. Production will start only after the payment confirmation.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs vary according to products’ weight and volume. The shipping cost for your order is shown at the end of your purchasing list on the last page you see before processing the order. You can also click on Basket to see your purchasing list and the shipping cost.

Why my order has not been delivered on the estimated date?

Shipping dates are only approximate; delivery dates can be postponed due to delay on payments, upload and correction of graphic designs, unexpected events happened to the courier, etc.

Where is the tracking number of my order?

You can find the tracking number on the summary page of your personal account.
